Built in the mid-19th century in Paraje Los Palillos, Cuevas de Reyllo (Fuente Álamo), Casa Rural de la Cuesta has been lovingly restored to preserve its authentic architecture, offering families and small groups of friends an exclusive retreat with a private pool, children's playground, fireplace and farm animals.
The heart of the house is its spacious lounge, centred on a large traditional fireplace – perfect for long, leisurely meals and curling up with a book by the crackling fire on cooler evenings.
The bedrooms keep their original old-fashioned floor tiles, so typical of Spanish country houses – they stay wonderfully cool in summer and bring back memories of childhood holidays in the village. Bright, simple rooms with windows opening onto the countryside, for a deep, undisturbed night's sleep.
The entire outdoor area is 100% exclusive to your group. The estate is fully fenced to keep children and well-behaved pets safe, and features swings, a covered porch and a built-in barbecue.
We believe in barrier-free rural tourism. The main entrances, the outdoor porch and the circulation areas are all step-free, making them easy for guests with reduced mobility and families with pushchairs. And your well-behaved pets are part of the family too – they are always welcome on our fully enclosed estate.
